CHICKEN MANCHURIAN RECIPE

                             CHICKEN MANCHURIAN


THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF CHICKEN MANCHURIAN

1 STEP:- Clean and chop chiken in to small pieces. then grind ginger,garlic, green chilli, paper corns to a fine paste and keep ready.now marinate the chiken with above ground ginger-chilli paste, chilli powder salt, egg, corn flour and maida. mix everything well with chicken and let it rest for 30 min. after that heat oil in a kadai, when it gets heated deep fry chicken pieces till gold brown and crisp and keep aside.

2 STEP:- Chop and dice onion, paper for the manchurian and make corn flour water  and keep ready. and heat sesame oil and oil in a pan, when its heated and fainly chopped garlic, spring onion green and spring onion white, atir fry well. then add diced onion and saute for a minute and then add green paper and stir fry for a minute.

3 STEP:- Now add remaning paper and saute for a minute and add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, paper powder, enough salt and stir well. then add corn flour water and mix well and cook the sauce in a minute heat for a minute then and add the fried chicken pieces.

3 STEP:- saute the chicken well with the sauce and cook in medium heat for 2 minutes. when all the chicken pieces are coated well with the sauce and turns shiry swich off the stove. garnish with spring onion green and cilantro and serve hot.
