EGG MANCHURIAN RECIPE

                                  EGG MANCHURIAN



THIS IS MY SECOND RECIPE OF EGG MANCHURIAN

1 STEP:- Break the eggs in the bowl and add enough salt. and mix well. steam cook this in a idli plate for 10 minutes and remove. allow it to cool and and cut into small squares or into desired shapes

2 STEP:- Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. fry the egg squares and keep aside. in a separate pan, heat a little oil, add cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms and fry for 1 minute. add a ground onions and fry till they raw smell disppears.

3 STEP:- Add the tomato past, ginger garlic past, red chilli powder, mutton masala powder, garam masala powder and enough salt. mix well and cook for five minutes. stirring from time to time. sprinkle a little water and cover the pan with a lid. cook for 2 minutes then add the frie d egg pieces 

4 STEP:- Garnish with coriander leaves. stir once and serve hot and warm. this can be served with chapati, roti, naan or rice
