FISH ROLL RECIPE

                                         FISH ROLL




THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF FISH ROLL

1 STEP:- Make dough and palce in fridge to chill. cut and clean them. palce fish in pot along with half of the onion and enough salt. add water and boil until fish is coocked. strain fish and onion and allow to cool.

2 STEP:- When fish is cool enough to handle, flake fish. be careful to remove all the bones. add cooked onion  to flaked fish.

3 STEP:- Heat oil in a pan. add remaning minced onions along with paper and saute for 2 minutes or until onion is soft. add fish flake along with stock cube and thyme to sauteed onions and stir fry unti fish is light brown.

4 STEP:- Place filling in a bowl and allow to cool down. to hasten the cooling process, place the filling in the fridge.

 5 STEP:- Cut out edges of rolled dough to from a rectangle. the size of the rectangle dose not matter. if if however you want to get fish roll  the same size as mine. gather upcut out dough, from  into a disk, wrap and place in fridge while you work with the rectangle.

6 STEP:- Place filling at one end of the  rectangle. the amount you filling you use depends on you.

7 STEP:- Apply egg wash to the remaning part of the dough until you get to about half of the dough. begin rolling doughuntil the fish filling is completely sealed. this will get you to about half of the rectangle. cut rectangle with the seam side under the roll.

8 STEP:- Apply filling to the end of the leftover rectangle, apply egg wash and roll again until rectangle is used up.use a bench scraper or a sharp knif to divide each roll into 3 equal parts. place divided rolld on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

9 STEP: brush rolls with egg and bake in preheated over for 30 minutes. sarve hot and room temperatuer.
