THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF MUTTON KORMA<br />

1 STEP:-First mix the yogurt with 1 cup of water and beat it well and ad the whol spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and ghee to the beaten yogurt and mix it well.<br />

2 STEP:- Marinate the mutton with ginger garlic and green chilli paste. chopped tomatoes and the yogurt mixture and keep it in fredge foe 4 hours<br />

3 STEP:- Remove the marinated mutton before 1 hour of cooking. now heat oil in a pan and fri the raw onion till golden. now add the mutton mixture and cook till the oil spearates.<br />

4 STEP:- When the oil will separate from the masala add salt and some water with the saffron soaked water and a put everything in a pressure cooker and for 10 minutes.<br />

THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF CHICKEN PULAO<br />

1 STEP:- Crush ginger and garlic coarsely.<br />

2 STEP:- Marinate the chicken pieces with red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and half the paste of crushed ginger and garlic. keep it aside.<br />

3 STEP:- Take oil in a pan.when it is hot, add the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and star anise.<br />

4 STEP:- Then add the green chillies and onions and fry till the onions are transparent.<br />
<br />
5 STEP:- now add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them for some time. add 2 teaspoon of curd and cook till the chicken is half cooked.<br />

6 STEP:- Add rice and 2.5 cups of water and a pinch of turmeric powder, the rest of tha crushed ginger, garlic past and salt. cook till the rice is cooked, stirring a little in between. searve hot.</div>

1 STEP:- Start by frring some chicken. take chicken in a bowl, add in flour, conflour, salt,pepper, soy sauce, ginger-garlic past and water. mix well. set aside for 10 minutes.<br />

2 STEP:- Heat some oil for eep frying, drop the chicken in and fry chicken till golden, and set aside.<br />

3 STEP:- Now make the sauce, heat some butter in a pan, add in ginger,gralic and fry till golen. add in onions, green chillies, salt and sugar, toss well.<br />

4 STEP:- Add in red chilli powder, soy sauce, green shilli sauce, vinegar, ketchup and mix well.<br />

THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF FISH ROLL<br />

1 STEP:- Make dough and palce in fridge to chill. cut and clean them. palce fish in pot along with half of the onion and enough salt. add water and boil until fish is coocked. strain fish and onion and allow to cool.<br />
<br />
2 STEP:- When fish is cool enough to handle, flake fish. be careful to remove all the bones. add cooked onion to flaked fish.<br />
<br />
3 STEP:- Heat oil in a pan. add remaning minced onions along with paper and saute for 2 minutes or until onion is soft. add fish flake along with stock cube and thyme to sauteed onions and stir fry unti fish is light brown.<br />
<br />
4 STEP:- Place filling in a bowl and allow to cool down. to hasten the cooling process, place the filling in the fridge.<br />
<br />
5 STEP:- Cut out edges of rolled dough to from a rectangle. the size of the rectangle dose not matter. if if however you want to get fish roll the same size as mine. gather upcut out dough, from into a disk, wrap and place in fridge while you work with the rectangle.<br />
<br />
6 STEP:- Place filling at one end of the rectangle. the amount you filling you use depends on you.<br />
<br />
7 STEP:- Apply egg wash to the remaning part of the dough until you get to about half of the dough. begin rolling doughuntil the fish filling is completely sealed. this will get you to about half of the rectangle. cut rectangle with the seam side under the roll.<br />
<br />
8 STEP:- Apply filling to the end of the leftover rectangle, apply egg wash and roll again until rectangle is used up.use a bench scraper or a sharp knif to divide each roll into 3 equal parts. place divided rolld on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.<br />
<br />
9 STEP: brush rolls with egg and bake in preheated over for 30 minutes. sarve hot and room temperatuer.</div>

1 STEP:- Grind together ginger, garlic and two of the green chillies into a paste. marinate chicken cubes in ginger-garlic paste and salt for an hour.<br />

2 STEP:- Heat iol in a pan and saute chicken cubes till done. add cumin powder, chaat masala and check seasoning. mix sliced onions and carrot strips.<br />

3 STEP:- To make kathi rolls, put on teaspoon of oil on tawa and lightly heat the roties aemar each roit with one tablespoon of green chutney, place six to eight pieces of cooked chicken and sprinkle with remaning green chillies and coriander leaves. spread a spoonful of onion and carrot mixture on the roti and sprinkle salt.<br />

1 STEP:- Place all marinade ingredients in a blender and bland to a past. adjust seasoning. it should be slightly over apiced and salted at this stage, it has to mix with the chicken yet.</div>

THIS IS MY FIRST RECIPE OF CHICKEN MANCHURIAN<br />

1 STEP:- Clean and chop chiken in to small pieces. then grind ginger,garlic, green chilli, paper corns to a fine paste and keep ready.now marinate the chiken with above ground ginger-chilli paste, chilli powder salt, egg, corn flour and maida. mix everything well with chicken and let it rest for 30 min. after that heat oil in a kadai, when it gets heated deep fry chicken pieces till gold brown and crisp and keep aside.<br />

2 STEP:- Chop and dice onion, paper for the manchurian and make corn flour water and keep ready. and heat sesame oil and oil in a pan, when its heated and fainly chopped garlic, spring onion green and spring onion white, atir fry well. then add diced onion and saute for a minute and then add green paper and stir fry for a minute.<br />

3 STEP:- Now add remaning paper and saute for a minute and add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, paper powder, enough salt and stir well. then add corn flour water and mix well and cook the sauce in a minute heat for a minute then and add the fried chicken pieces.<br />

3 STEP:- saute the chicken well with the sauce and cook in medium heat for 2 minutes. when all the chicken pieces are coated well with the sauce and turns shiry swich off the stove. garnish with spring onion green and cilantro and serve hot.<br />

1 STEP:-Heat 2 tbsps ghee in a non stick handi. add green cardamoms, cinnamon, black pappercorns, cloves and bay leaves and saute till fragrant.</div>

2 STEP:- Add onion and saute till golden. add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and saute till the tomatoes are puply.</div>

4 STEP:- Add yogurt, half the fried onion, 20-30 mint lives, lomen juice and eggs. add 1 cup watter and mix well.</div>

5 STEP:- for the omelette,heat oil in a non stick pan. break eggs in a bowl, add red chiili powder, set and whisk well.</div>

7 STEP:- Spresd a layer of rice over the egg curry in the handi, place the omelette over it, sprinkle remaning coriander leaves and mint leaves over it spread the remaning deep fried onion and rice over it.</div>

THIS IS MY SECOND RECIPE OF MUTTON BIRYANI<br />

1 STEP:- Wash rice and soak for 20 minutes. drain it completely to a colander and set aside.<br />
<br />
2 STEP:- Wast mutton and drain water throughly and marinate with marination ingredients and set aside for least an hour.<br />
<br />
3 STEP:- Heat a wide pressur pan or non-stick with oil, add the dry spices, saute till they begin to sizzle.<br />
<br />
4 STEP:- Add onions, green chilies and fry till they turn brown almost about to caramelize. this is crucial to get a good aroma and taste. there must be enoughoil to for the onions to fry.<br />
<br />
5 Step:- Add tomatoes, sprinkle salt just enough for the tomatoes to cook easily. cook till the tomatoes turn fully mushy and raw smell goes off.<br />
<br />
6 STEP:- Add half of the coriander and mint leaves saute for a min.<br />
<br />
7 STEP:- Add mint, coriander leaves and garam masala. saute till the good smell of mint and masala comes out. pour water, bring to a boil. add rice adjust salt and cook on a midium flame till almost all the water is evaporated.<br />
<br />
8 STEP:- Cover and cook till the rice fully done. if the rice is under coocked and there is not enough moisture , you can sprinklw some water. set the flame to medium and let it cook that way for ten mins. this way the biryani is not burnt at the bottom</div>

1 STEP:- Cut chicken in one inch pieces. boil rice and set aside. heat cil in a wonderchef granite wok, and cinnamon , bay leaves, cloves, cumin seeds, green cardamoms saute for half a munit.<br />

2 STEP:- Add sliced onions and saute. add slit green chillies and chicken cubes and continue to saute. add turmeric powder and mix. add tomatoes and salt and mix. add ginger garlic past, red chilli powder and yogurt and mix well<br />

3 STEP:- Add the half fried brown onions. add the boiled rice on top. sprinkle garam masala powder, ginger strips, mint leaves and coriander leaves. sprinkle milk, rose water remaining browned onions.<br />

4 STEP:- Cover and cook on low heat for about ten minutes. garnish with the agg slices and serve hot.<br />
